Baron believes that every person has potential worth nurturing, and that communities thrive when given the right resources and relationships. Under his leadership, Rich Soil Gives has built partnerships with Piccard Group, Greenbox Venturelabs, Greenbox Laundry, and Carolyn’s Dainties to create real opportunities for real people.
